I was born in outback Australia, have two older brothers, who delighted in giving me a constant shellacking of brotherly love from the time I was a tater tot. My wit was quick to form at an early age therefore along with the leather hide. A love of singing I think was quite possibly what developed my delight and joy in sing song rhyme and meter.
Speaking of children, my little horrors, whoops…I mean darlings…inspired a book of little poems which I self-published in 2012. I was also asked to be a part of two anthologies, one completely by some very funny women entitled "Pieces of Her Mind". This collaborative project was a joy to be a part of and we now have a witty, cutting edge publication to our names as a result.
In spite of spreading myself pretty thin some days I still have a vested interest in things like painting, drawing, anything crafty (no not the children) music and reading.
To sum it up, I was born talking when I exited the womb…it seems inevitable at some stage I might say something that was worth noting. Looking back, the writing was on the wall.
